Most teams do not need to bring towels or bed linens- your team leader will tell you if you need them! All your meals in country are covered, so any food you bring is for your own snacks. GHI also provides a first aid kit that will cover basics like band aids, Tums, headache medicine, oral rehydration packets, a flashlight w/batteries, etc.
