Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
Global Hope India is leveraging more than 20 years of experience in making Christ known among the people of India in order to help The Church to reach the millions of internationals living right here in the USA.

Thousands of new internationals are arriving in our communities every day. Every Church in the USA should exist to reach its community in order to change the world. In 1972 at his evangelistic crusade in Kohima, Nagaland India, Dr. Billy Graham saw this strategy to change the world saying, “As India goes, all of Asia will go with her!”
God is using the generosity of our monthly partners to:
- Facilitate two short term mission teams to reach India with the Gospel in action for the month of July.
- Celebrate the funding of a water project in Dehradun and the completion of a water tank in Ashalay.
- Host a three-day communication training in Hyderabad, India for our Indian Partners.
- Onboard new interns to help with community outreach.
It’s because of the generosity of our monthly partners that this is possible!
If you haven’t already provided your most generous gift in 2019, will you please partner with us this month? This would be very timely and helpful to us.
Invest in this dream of radical transformation and see what God can do through you among the people born of India living in the USA and in India.
This month’s testimony comes from trip alumni Kourtney. Read about how God radically transformed her life through global missions. Today, Kourtney serves as the Trips and Teams Manager at GHI. If you would like to take the call, “Therefore Go.” She is your gal. Here’s and excerpt from her testimony:
Hey Everyone! I’m Kourtney White and I recently joined the staff at Global Hope India as the Trips and Teams Manager! I’ve been exposed to missions my entire life and felt called to orphan-care missions at the ripe age of 11. In high school, I had a typical 10 year-plan that I’d go to college, teach for a few years to pay back loans, and then move to Africa to start an orphanage. What’s the saying? “Man makes plans and God laughs”.
Thankfully God’s plan reigned supreme and in the midst of a season of feeling lost and without purpose, God opened the doors for me to spend six months interning with Global Hope India helping a children’s home with administrative support in India. A year after the internship, I returned to that children’s home to be a foster mom to a home of silly, energetic, and loving boys. At age 21, I was a mom to orphans, which is something I only dreamed of doing by age 28!
After two years of fostering the boys and watching many of them adopted into forever families, God called me back to Raleigh where I would complete my bachelor’s degree while nannying two sweet girls full-time. In December of 2018, I graduated with a degree in Leadership in the Public Sector.
I was content that my time as a missionary overseas was fulfilled. In Aril, I applied to be the Trips and Teams Manager at GHI. I believe that if you aren’t called to go, then you are called to send others through prayer/support. In May, I joined the staff at Global Hope India!
My role at GHI, while it is not based in India, is to send. I facilitate trips and work with team members, trip leaders, and our church partners in India. I recruit, train, and empower individuals to go be the hands and feet of Jesus. To me, this job is a blessing and a privilege! It’s amazing to be in a role where I can empower individuals to go and experience the same heart transformation that I did.
