Pastor Polsapalli Sekhar built Shepherd Voice Ministries and Ashrayapuram Church Welfare Association in 2006 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is the current Pastor of the church and also a Lecturer in Bible college.
His mission is to proclaim the Gospel to the unreached and tribal villages together with providing help and care to orphans, widows and poor pastors. Their missionary work stands on three principles: Soap, Soup, and Salvation – taking care of the body and soul.
Over the years, Pastor Sekhar has focused on building churches. personal house visits to share the Gospel, to pray over the needs of each one, and to host Gospel meetings in tribal communities. The ministry conducts regular medical camps and feeding programs.
Most recently, two tribal youth accepted Jesus as their Savior and received baptism. Through the outreach programs, 50 people accepted Jesus Christ in their lives. You may read more about the recent activities of Pastor Sekhar here.
